Supporting

Is your organisation suffering a workplace crisis – this may be obvious through a significant event but are you aware of the impact that this is having/could have on your employees?

Signs of this can be physical, emotional or psychological.

We can support you with:

  • How you know if your organisation/department/team is going through a significant event – there are no clear scenarios, these are multi-faceted and many factors can influence.

  • What signs to look for

  • How to approach briefings with staff and which type of briefing to use at specific times

  • Short term support for individuals and/or groups

  • Longer term support including anniversaries or investigations of the event.

Does your existing staff support system meet the needs of your people when they have been affected by a critical event?

During and after a crisis PSC can provide trained and experienced staff who are part of an ICISF Critical Incident Response Team, to be alongside your organisation, on site or remotely, assisting management and delivering initial support to affected staff members.

Whilst our consulting offer is bespoke, our supporting offer is three tiered. A brief description is below, but please make contact with us to discuss in more detail, including costings, as we are able to offer add ins at a cost, if the next level does not quite fit your needs.

Our initial conversation is free and exploratory with no commitment required:

1. Foundation support service: (This is the most affordable option, covering essential services. It’s designed for clients with limited budgets or those who need only the core services) .

2. Liaison support service: (This mid-tier option includes everything in the Basic Offer plus additional services that provide more value. It’s ideal for clients who want a balance between cost and comprehensive service).

3. Alliance support service (This is the most expensive option, offering the full range of services, including personalised and high-touch solutions. It’s tailored for clients who want the best possible outcome and are willing to invest more for premium service.)

Our values:

courage – integrity – leadership – empathy

PSC mission statement:

We are committed to mitigating the distress caused by adversity, by empowering people through education and support to look after each other.
