PSC Operations Manager, Facilitator and Advanced CISM Practitioner, former aircraft cabin manager and a member of the European Aviation Wellbeing Committee, Sarah was the lead at the NHSGGC Wingman Centre at the QE Hospital, Glasgow, during the pandemic. 

Through this role Sarah trained in peer support and has become a highly valued member of the PSC team specialising in one-to-one conversations.
