PSC Strategic Advisor, and Elite ICISF Instructor, Oliver has extensive experience leading a CISM programme for the Irish Defence Forces and families deployed on humanitarian duties in the Mediterranean, resulting in no losses to mental health injury at this time. Since retirement from the Irish Defence Forces, Oliver delivers CISM interventions for various organisations following accidents, natural disasters, terrorist attacks and other traumatic events, and continues to deliver advanced training.
