Founder and Director of PSC, ICISF Approved Instructor and Advanced CISM Practitioner. Angela served 16 years in the Royal Navy as an Aircraft Commander/Observer mainly on search and rescue duties. 

With a specialised interest in mitigating the impact of traumatic incidents on teams, she has trained extensively in Crew Resource Management and post-incident support in the US/Europe.
